Co-branded offering

  • Audit firm: Leads sales and delivery; positions as joint offering; signs client.
  • AIMOaaS: Provides Evidence Pack production, validator, and delivery playbook; supports under your brand.
  • Commercial: Co-branded pricing; revenue share or fixed fee per engagement.

White-label delivery

  • Audit firm: Owns client contract, branding, and assurance; AIMOaaS invisible to end client.
  • AIMOaaS: Supplies Evidence Pack and processes; you deliver as your own service.
  • Commercial: White-label fee; volume or term agreements as needed.

3. Delivery playbook (2–4 weeks)

Data intake checklist

Minimum inputs (examples):

  • Network / proxy logs (e.g. outbound HTTP/HTTPS)
  • Security / EDR logs (if available)
  • Basic policy or governance docs (optional)

Output list

  • AI-BOM (AI bill of materials)
  • Change Ledger
  • Evidence Bundle (manifest, hashes, signatures; AIMO Standard)
  • Findings and remediation plan (gaps and recommendations)

QA steps

  • Validator run on Evidence Bundle (integrity check)
  • Consistency check between AI-BOM, Change Ledger, and Bundle
  • Send-back process: defined handoff and revision cycle for corrections

4. Security & data handling

Principles we follow (specifics are agreed per engagement):

  • Customer-controlled storage: Where possible, evidence and logs remain in storage controlled by the customer or the audit firm.
  • Access control and retention: Aligned with your and your client’s policies (access, retention, deletion).
  • Execution options: Optional local execution or cloud execution—we can align with your planned deployment and compliance requirements.
